Agreed.  I've always heard about this one from third parties.  I don't
know exactly what is allowed and what isn't, only that this is a grey
area that we should clarify sooner or later.

We even have features (e.g., PCH) which in principle seem to go against
this "policy".  This is something that I believe the SC should be
involved with.
