Retargetting GCC - Document

I have a document I've written which I'd like to submit to GCC.  The
document is entitled Retargetting GCC.  I am still adding things to it,
but it is quite comprehensive as it now stands (about 75 pages).  I
don't want to host the document on my own web site, but would prefer
that GCC host it.  I will probably issue an update to the document in a
couple of months.  (I'd like to add things like testing and cost of
development.)

I welcome your feedback.
