I don't want to wade through Ada nor Fortran changelog messages in the 
main gcc changelog file.  :-(

I don't feel it scales well.

Now, some changes, like those that _must_ be synced between the two 
sides, I think can be put into the gcc changelog, but these _should_ be 
a minority of FE changes.

Why do you want them in gcc?
