Gaby, bootstrapped and checked with no regressions [1] from last
release on i386-unknown-freebsd4. Thank you, Loren

Notes:
- Oops, I checked the code of the prerelease from CVS not the packaged
bits. Luckily, enough others have confirmed the packaging.
- gcc.dg/duff-2.c is a warning regression from 2.95 (generated code is correct).
- Reran gcc.c-torture/compile/20001226-1.c by hand successfully (had timed out).
- Other 12 gcc FAILs are expected and mostly harmless.
- Various libjava tests hang or FAIL on this port; they still do.
- Also, tested g++.old-deja/g++.eh/badalloc1.C with -j1.9 -j1.10 applied.
