gcc/doc is already over half the size of the complete works of
Shakespeare.  that's a very long plane flight.

core gcc source (no subdirectories) is about 4 Shakespeares.
gcc/cp is another Shakespeare.
gcc/f is another Shakespeare.
gcc/objc is tiny, 3 Macbeths.

1 Shakespeare ~ 5M chars
    1 Macbeth ~ 100K chars
