Compiling for FreeBSD

I have a working copy of GCC, running on WinXP.  I need to compile
programs for FreeBSD (to upload to a webserver), but do not have root
access to the target FreeBSD machine.  How do I set up GCC to compile
FreeBSD executables from a WinXP machine?
