I think an option -D should be added (as in -c, -S, -E), that would be the same as -S except it would imply -g and it
would only dump the stabs (or stabs+, or whatever) debugging information, not the actual assembly. That would be useful
to (1) check proper working of the debugging generation code (2) study the output, etc.
