Any recommendation for an expert on RTL?

Dear all,

  Our group is planning to do something related to RTL from GCC. We think it
should be much better to talk with some export on this in addition to
studying RTL by ourself. 
    I guess Mr. Stallman would be the best. But we wander he is too busy and
too far away to accept this invitation. :-) Does anybody has some
recommendation for this? We are in Houston, US.
