Not pulling out obvious non-aliasing global from the loop

If you want to do the analysis necessary to prove that the global can't 
alias anything (no parameters are pointers, function calls that aren't 
pure/const, no parameters that are casted to pointers and then 
dereferenced, etc), feel free, and then registerize it.
