make protoize broken with your changes

Nathan,

make protoize fails on GCC mainline with:

/cvs/gcc/gcc/protoize.c:78: error: conflicting types for `fancy_abort'
/cvs/gcc/gcc/system.h:505: error: previous declaration of `fancy_abort'
make: *** [protoize.o] Error 1

Could you fix this, please?
