Are cctools-528 compatible with apple-gcc 3.3 build 1493/Darwin 6.8 (Mac OS X 10.2.8) toolchain?

Since in this case I am still on 10.2.8 I can't use Xcode anyway. But 
thanks for the hint nevertheless (because others read this list too).
