There are pointers to two different versions of an Objective-C manual in
standards.texi, which is the appropriate place to point to any
descriptions of the Objective-C++ language (or to any separate discussion
of the issue).

(It's also the appropriate place to add a discussion of C++ standard 
support, where I left a FIXME in the hope that someone more expert in C++ 
standards would write the necessary text.)
