GCC 3.4.0 build failed on interix3

Thanks for your quick reply.  I eventually located those patches in the
original install files (gcc.tgz in sources/Interix/gnu).  I'll try them
out as soon as I get a chance.

A stock GCC 3.3.3 will build; I'm running the test suite on that build
now to see just how badly broken it is.
