another GCC 3.4.0 build report: x86_64, RHEL 3.0

I built and tested 3.4.0 on a dual Opteron system running
Red Hat Enterprise Linux WS release 3.

kernel: 2.4.21-4.EL (from Red Hat)
glibc: 2.3.2-95.3 (from Red Hat)
binutils: 2.14.90.0.4 20030523 (RH: 2.14.90.0.4-26)
Bootstrap compiler is gcc version 3.2.3 20030502 (Red Hat Linux 3.2.3-20)

The failures are almost all due to trampolines breaking from Red Hat's
assorted security measures in RHEL 3.  This includes all of the
gcc.c-torture failures.
