So where is 3.4.0 - web page announces the RELEASE of 3.4.0

On page http://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-3.4/index.html indicates the Release of
3.4.0 as of April 18.  But so far nothing has shown up on
ftp://gcc.gnu.org, The only version I found was a 20040416 prerelease. 
If this is the version great, but if not either the web should be
updated to indicate that it is NOT yet available, or the files should be
put out so that the release IS availabe.
