GCC 3.4 Branch Frozen

I built gcc 3.4.0-20040416 on native hppa2.0w-hp-hpux11.11
and observed that pr/14893 and pr/14905 have both been fixed.
I think 14893 has not been fixed in gcc HEAD though.

I bootstrap with gcc 3.3.2 rather than the native toolchain so I don't
have the issue with intl/plural.c that Joe Buck reported.
