GCC 3.4.0 RC2 Available

The second GCC 3.4.0 release candidate is now available at:

   ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/prerelease-3.4.0-20040416/

This version will be almost exactly the same as the final release, 
barring catastrophe.

Unfortunately, I thought that this version had Benjamin and Jason's 
patches to the runtime library to avoid the namespace association stuff 
-- but apparently those did not get checked in.

Jason, Benjamin -- what's the hold-up here?

Let's get this stuff checked in and get this release out the door 
already.  We've been hung up on this V3 issue for far too long.

Relative to the first prerelease, this version has fixes for Java 
installation, HP-UX, RTEMS, Windows, and a few other miscellaneous bits.

Building this release for your favorite architecture is useful.  I'll be 
very resistant to making changes at this point, but a really serious 
problem with an easy solution might be considered.
