3.4 Bug? template dependent name lookup fails from template functions

Yep, I have also tested icc8.0 with the same result. Also my como4.3.3
(Oct 24 2003 16:00:23) also accepts it w/o any problem. BTW: Comeau online
is 4.3.3 but from (Aug  6 2003 15:13:37) and also reports error for me...
