RFC: Removing --enable-win32-registry?

Sure but one usually expects the installer to take care of installing them.

To bring this back on topic...

I would think that having --enable-win32-registry *could* be a useful feature.

However, right now when I build a cross-toolchain (such as for the AVR) it 
correctly finds all the components even with --disable-win32-registry, i.e. it 
has not been my experience that --enable-win32-registry is a necessary feature 
for GCC to work on Windows. 

And it still works even when the toolchain is relocated on a different drive 
and directory, which is one of the more desired features IMO. 

The one thing I haven't tried is having multiple toolchains on Windows.

So if anything it does seem to me to be redundant.
