That's what I was referring to in the couple of issues that I mentioned:
finish documentation and fix testsuite regressions vs mainline.

Over the weekend I posted a message opening up fortran and
lib/gfortran.  If your patches have been approved you can commit them
now.

Running tests is good.  Particularly those that have profile information
