where is IDENTIFIER_NODE_CHECK #defined?

    I've grepped the source tree for gcc3.4 for the definition of 
    IDENTIFIER_NODE_CHECK but can't find it? Where/how is it defined?

In tree-check.h in the build directory.  It's made automatically.
