An excellent idea, since "lobbying" conveys the intended meaning. If 
nothign else, "lobbying" would give the SC and release managers some 
indication of what GCC users need; at the moment, I (and many other 
people) feel that GCC development is driven by and for OS vendors. Those 
of us who use GCC in application programs should have a voice, even if 
it is just a "suggestion."
