mainline AIX bootstrap broken in libstdc++-v3 (Also in darwin)

Mostafa, this has nothing to do with libstdc++ and everything to do with
something wrong with your sources, or your build environment. The darwin
and AIX builds are fine for other people.

You might want to try backing out whatever local changes you have to
your tools, getting a clean build, and adding in the changed bits one by
one.
