mips64 bootstrap fix

Hi,
I need the following patch to bootstrap the crosscompiler for
mips64-linux (cvs head):

2003-10-23  Guido Guenther  <agx@sigxcpu.org>

	* config/mips/linux.h: Include <sys/types.h> for u_int32_t.
