It's considered bad form to send help-wanted postings to this list.

The reason for this policy is that we want to keep this list as
non-partisan as possible; CodeSourcery, Red Hat, SuSE, Novell,
Microsoft, HP, IBM, Intel, AMD, etc. people all work together very well
on this list -- we try very hard to put our corporate/organizational
affiliations aside and concentrate on building a good compiler.

I believe that the FSF has a jobs page that might be suitable for 
future postings like the one you sent.

I'm sure you didn't know about the policy, but please don't do it again.

[Gerald, if this information isn't already on our web site, is there a
place that it could be added?]
