Actually, I meant both.
How should I disable libgcc? I tried writing in t-cr16c file the empty
initializations: LIBGCC =
                 INSTALL_LIBGCC =
And it didn't work.

How to disable libstdc++? Can I avoid getting to target-libstdc++-v3?
