Working on new port for GCC-3.4

Hello Mark,

I'm a part of a team that working on a new port for gcc which doesn't
require any changes outside
a new config/ directory.

The ported compiler compiled successfully with gcc-3.3.1 and passed tests.
I compiled it with gcc-3.4-20031008 too but when I tested it I ran into a
segmentation fault which I still
need to investigate. We are also working on getting the legal paperwork
(FSF).

I have a few questions:
1. We're hoping we could contribute this port to gcc-3.4, Can you please
tell me if it's possible?

Currently, we are not working with GNU's libraries.
2. Is there a way to disable the compilation of GNU's libraries in the
build process?
3. Will you accept this compiler port without the support of GNU's
libraries?

I think that would be up to Mark Mitchell as release manager.  We would
also need any legal paperwork (copyright assignments to the FSF) to be
done first, so if you haven't done that yet, start ASAP.
