Proposed targets to obsolete for 3.4, first pass

Can we keep these LynxOS targets?  I have GCC 3.2.2 working for both
of them on LynxOS 4.0 (ELF).  I am planning to bring the ports
up-to-date with mainline GCC and replace the old COFF ports.
