GCC 3.3.2 Prerelease & Branch Freeze

The first GCC 3.3.2 prerelease is available from

  ftp://gcc.gnu.org/pub/gcc/prerelease-3.3.2-20031007/

If you spot packaging problems, or previously unreported regressions,
please file a PR in GNATS, mark "3.3.2" as the target relrease field,
and add me to the CC list.

At this point, all non-documentation 3.3 patches need my explicit
approval.  I'm only like to accept patches for wrong-code or maybe
ice-on-valid/rejects-valid problems at this point.

The final release will be sometime next week, barring catastrophe.
