Its been there since the oldest g++-3.4 binary I have available which is
g++ (GCC) 3.4 20030908 (experimental).  So I put the preprocessed testcase
at

http://www.tat.physik.uni-tuebingen.de/~rguenth/gcc/evaluatorTest3.ii.gz

compile with -fno-exceptions. I'll open a PR if its not fixed, tomorrow.
