Fails on stage3 compiling libgcc

testcase:

#define TEMP (!0?4:8)
#if TEMP > 4
int temp1 = TEMP;
#else
int temp2 = TEMP;
#endif


Should output temp2, not temp1.

stage1/2 and mainline of gcc:
