As I understand it, if someone submits comments on a bug in Bugzilla now
those will be lost when the final conversion of the GNATS database takes
place.  This shouldn't be a problem with bugs in release notes (which have
already been fixed) but is something to bear in mind before publicising a
link before the final conversion - in particular, new bugs shouldn't be
submitted using Bugzilla (except for test purposes) until the conversion
is done.
