Your patch causes regressions

This patch:

	* c-opts.c (c_common_decode_option): Don't set
	warn_ctor_dtor_privacy wen -Wall.

is probably the cause of:

FAIL: g++.old-deja/g++.other/warn3.C  (test for warnings, line 51)

Please update the test to pass the new warning option.
