Reg ABI

[Michael Eager]

There is (was) an i386 ABI supplement, which is long
out of print.  The actual title is "Application Binary
Interface Intel 386 Processor Supplement" (ISBN 0-13-10554670-5).

I found a copy on the SCO web site:
