ARC/Argonaut questions

    The former ARC binutils maintainer (Peter Targett) resigned, yes.  
    According to the MAINTAINERS file for GCC, the maintainer is:

    arc port                Richard Kenner          kenner at nyu.edu

I would like to resign as the maintainer of that port too.  I did a
lot of work on that port a while ago and company using that chip
debugged it, but never had a chance to feed those fixes back, despite
both my an Argonaut urging them to do that.  So, as far as I know, no
sources correspond to a reasonable version for that chip.
