sched2 seems to be disabled on x86

The subject says it all: on mainline checked out today, sched2 seems
to be disabled on x86. 
It was enabled 2 weeks ago. 

This is in the ChangeLog about this, so it's probably not
intentional. Any idea what is going on? 


It's interesting that some of the SPEC int benchmarks seem to benefit
from this:
