I looked at the discussion. This most likely is a problem with perl
and the headers which are included.
There isn't any difference between GCC for HPUX 11.00 and 11.11 as far
as the processing of header files goes. I wouldn't try a binary version
built on HP-UX 11.00 on HP-UX 11.11 as in general you don't have
forward compatibility of binaries.
It's possible to build the C compiler in GCC 3.3 with the bundled HP
compiler and assembler. This compiler can then be used to build
binutils, etc. Thus, you don't need to find a binary distribution
for 11.11. There are further instructions in the installation
documentation. It's wise to build gmake before building GCC.
