Not delivering {bugs,gnats,faq}.html in releases

Not enough to bother. I don't recall changing more than one or two after the 
bugzilla switch. It used to be a certain nuisance with gnats, but I think we 
can cope with one or two per month. Aparently most people use decent 
browsers.
