ABI and complex integral types

Definitely. The SPARC 64-bit ABI requires the structures up to 16 bytes in 
size to be passed in consecutive registers so, by using the structure-like 
convention for complex integral types, we'll fulfil that requirement for any 
underlying integral type from 'char' to 'long long'.
