Undefined symbol: vtable error with 3.2.2/3.3 on AIX 5.1

	You need to instantiate the templates explicitly on AIX.

	I have seen similar problems, but I am not aware of it being a
show-stopper.  There still are gaps in G++'s support for systems without
weak symbols where it does not emit definitions for symbols.
