Why does sparc build for you? or, why are make check results reported when it hasn't bootstrapped since May 5?

I've added it by hand now, but bootstrapping gcc on solaris takes
quite a while, particularily if you find you are missing some
programs along the way...  This is not likely to finish today (BST).
