Going to move to log_accum_bugzillafied on sunday

Hopefully, we won't have 0 commits, but hopefully it won't be a hectic
commit day either.
So i'm going to test the bugzillafied log_accum script on sunday.
This is the script that looks for lines like "bug/pr <whatever bug
number>" in commit messages, and appends the commit message to a bug.
The bug regex it looks for is significantly more lenient than what the
old log_accum accepts.
It used to be something like /PR <component>/<id>/, case sensitive, and
whitespace sensitive.
It's now /(bug|PR)<whitespace>(optional # sign)(optional
component/)<id>/, case insensitive.
Hopefully this will cause it to get more use.
If everything goes smoothly, i'll just leave it in place.
