Bugzilla problem

Hi,

It appears that each time I commit with a ChangeLog entry containing a 
reference to a PR, I get a mail from Bugzilla:

 +---------------------------------------------------------------------------+
                        GCC Bug reporting interface.
  
+---------------------------------------------------------------------------+

You have not described how to repeat the bug
You have not defined a category for the bug


And the reference is not automatically added to the PR audit trail as it was 
with GNATS.
