We'd like feedback from any and all of those groups as to their current
and future experiences with trying to do loop work on our
infrastructure...

 We've been changing things in order to facilitate doing things easier
as we encounter it, but we haven't tried wholesale loop work yet. What
is missing? what isnt working well... that kind of thing. This is the
time to get changes considered.
