Due to a minor glitch, for a short period of time, diff files were not
available, but I now fixed the situation.

This week's snapshot is the first which refers to .bz2 files in the
announcement (and index.html), and the second where diffs are available
in .bz2 format only.

Next week's snapshot probably will be the last where the main tar-files
are also available in .gz format in addition to .bz2 (unless we receive
complaints, of course).
