Thanks for letting us now!  I was just going to add you to our site
of mirrors for gcc.gnu.org, when I realized (what you had written at
the end of your message) that you are not mirroring gcc.gnu.org but
ftp.gnu.org.

So it seems you should ask to be included in the mirror list of the
GNU project, not just GCC?
