[tree-ssa] PPC bootstraps still broken

OK.  This is good.  These are a lot easier to debug than the cases where
compiling the .i files by hand result in the same .s files!  Yes, I've
run into bootstrap comparisons that only failed when running via make
bootstrap!

?!?  If the temporary names are differing, then that's a sign of 
instability somewhere.  I can't offhand think of a reason why the
temporary names should be allowed to differ.
