Each of these have long been abandoned by their respective vendors.
(Do the last two work at all?  I'm not aware of any functioning MS
Windows ports aside from cygwin, mingw, uwin, interix or djgpp.)

Unless somebody steps forward I wouldn't think it makes sense to let these
stand in the way of progress.
