Mainline snapshots

I was able to bootstrap C/C++/Java using this snapshot
for i686-pc-linux-gnu.

However, the total build time for this snapshot averages
3hrs 35mins on my PC compared to 2hrs 30mins for 3.3 - that's
an increase of 40% in build times! (The configuration
and build scripts and flags are exactly the same for
both the builds.)
