Should we eliminate HOST_PTR_PRINTF ?

True, but my question remains.  Is anyone aware of any host platforms
supported in 3.4 that don't support "%p"?

(The last such platform I came across was some version of SunOS 4.0.x.
I think "%p" was available in some version of sunos4.1.x, but nether
4.0.x nor 4.1.x is supported in gcc-3.4 anyway.)
